Actress Kaley Cuoco has revealed she is expecting a baby in a sweet post shared on her social media. The 36-year-old, best known for playing Penny in The Big Bang Theory and starring in The Flight Attendant, uploaded a series of images to Instagram on October 11 announcing the happy news.
In a post to her 7.5 million followers she said she felt “beyond blessed and over the moon”. Kaley is expecting a baby girl with her 40-year-old partner and Ozark star Tom Pelphrey - the couple confirmed they were dating back in May.
One of the photos showed the pair smiling as Tom held up a piece of cake with a pink centre and in another he was holding up a baby grow which had "love my daddy" on the front. Another image was of a polaroid, in which Kaley was holding several pregnancy tests and in one the couple were sharing a kiss whilst holding mugs that read “mama bear” and “papa bear”.
In the caption Kaley wrote: “Baby girl Pelphrey coming 2023. Beyond blessed and over the moon. I love you @tommypelphrey !!!”. There has been more than one million likes on the post and they have received numerous messages of congratulations from fellow celebrities and fans.
In July, Kaley described her partner Tom as “the incredible man who saved me” in a post celebrating his 40th birthday. The American actress has been married twice, first to American tennis player Ryan Sweeting, whom she divorced in 2016, and then to equestrian star Karl Cook. In September 2021, Cuoco and Cook announced they had filed for divorce after three years of marriage.
Kaley became best known for her role in the hit US sitcom The Big Bang Theory and starred in series from 2007 until its final season in 2019. Tom is best known for playing Ben Davis in the Netflix original crime series Ozark, alongside Jason Bateman, Laura Linney and Julia Garner.
