The best single player games are a passion of many of us at GamesRadar+. So, after hours of debating, we've finally pulled together a ranking of the top games to play solo in 2026.
From some of the best RPGs to the best horror games, we've made sure to look at a broad variety of recommendations across genres so you can find something to suit you. The only rule here is that a game needs to have a single-player focus to make our list, and that single-player experience needs to be deeply memorable as well as fun. That means that most of our picks span across multiple platforms as well, so really no matter if you are a PC or a console gamer, you'll be able to find something that you can pick up.
