The Botanist
The Hanging Pancake Kebab is back at The Botanist this year.
After a two-year hiatus, immersive bar and restaurant The Botanist is bringing back its signature sell-out special for Shrove Tuesday.
Offering a sweet twist on its trademark savoury hanging kebab, the cocktail bar has created three mouth-watering combinations.
Miniature pancakes will be hung from skewers with a choice of three different toppings they’ll be stacked up with.
Each one is served with a pot of sauce made especially to drizzle down the kebab, with each creation priced at £6.95.
Diners can opt for chocolate brownie chunks and a hot chocolate sauce or marshmallows and strawberries with a lemon drizzle.

All sweet treats are made using a traditional recipe, which has been handed down through the generations.
There are selections of both sweet and savoury pancakes on offer, so there is bound to be something that takes your fancy.
