When you run into star Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum off of the court, he is a calm and almost soft-spoken personality, reserved in his comportment until he gets comfortable with his surroundings. But when the St. Louis native is on the court, his deportment changes 180 degrees to be a loud, trash-talking, and intense competitor.
We know this not only from the snippets we can get in passing from when the Celtics star is overheard while playing on the parquet but also from the games in which the Duke alum has worn a mic in live game action as well.
The NBA itself put together a collection of his top mic’d up moments on the court this season, featuring Tatum saying zippy one-liners like “Somebody get a car seat, it’s a baby out here.”
