The 2025 Black Friday and Cyber Weekend sales officially begin on November 28th and will run through until December 1st. Yes - although we can't imagine you'll want to, Diptyque Paris do offer free returns on any of their products within 28 days from the date of delivery. However, it's worth noting that, as expected, the items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Diptyque also states that they cannot offer exchanges, so if you wish to return your item for something else, you'll have to return your item for a refund and purchase the new item as a separate order. If purchasing Diptyque products from a third-party retailer, then you will have to adhere to their separate returns policies.
