When it comes to Nottinghamshire, we're about as landlocked as it gets and so many of us can't wait to get away to the beach to take in the sea views and air. And ahead of Easter, the best beaches in the UK have been named, according to new research. Beaches from Wales and England dominate the list.
And many may be surprised to see Ingoldmells has made the star studded list this year. Anderby Creek in Lincolnshire also makes the list. While travel restrictions have eased for travel overseas, many are still looking to stay in the UK for their holiday.
This is according to research by HomeToGo which showed searches for lettings in coastal areas and tourist hotspots increased by 55 percent, 154 percent and 259 percent year on year, the Express reports.
