Former star of The Apprentice Thomas Skinner has revealed he is set to marry “the love of his life” this weekend.
Their marriage ceremony is set to take place just two years after the happy couple got engaged.
The smooth-talking businessman, who hails from Romford and was known for his charming sales tactics when he appeared on series 15 of the BBC show, first asked his then-pregnant partner Sinéad to marry him back in 2020.
He has now shared on social media that they will finally walk down the aisle on Saturday.
Despite all the time they have had to plan for the big day however, the bed salesman admitted he still needs to buy a shirt.
In a video posted to Twitter, the excited groom-to-be said: "Good morning you lovely people. I’m in my Lakeside store today.
"We’re in here all day today - a nice and busy Friday - come down, come down and see us.
"I’m getting married in the morning. I’ve still got to go and buy a shirt - still got a few things to sort out. I’m getting married tomorrow. I can’t believe it."
After they got engaged, Skinner uploaded a picture of him and his partner with her engagement ring firmly on display.
“MY MUMMY TO BE SAID YES!!” he wrote alongside it.
He added: “I’ve just got down on one knee to ask the love of my life to marry me.”
In a follow-up post, he divulged the romantic way he had popped the question.
“Last night I hired out the whole restaurant, Sinéad had no idea,” he said, setting the scene.
“I got all our friends and family to hide in the bar area to surprise her. She said ‘yes’!
“The girl of my dreams and mummy-to-be said yes. Had a fantastic night, I have the best hangover I’ve ever had today.”
The couple welcomed their first child together in October 2020.
