Rangers are keeping PSV Eindhoven winger Esmir Bajraktarevic an "option" as they weigh up late attacking additions before the transfer deadline, according to a new report.
The Bosnia and Herzegovina international is understood to remain in dialogue with the Ibrox club, despite the club's pursuit of Stuttgart's Badredine Bouanani.
The Daily Record reports that Bajraktarevic remains a live option for Rangers, despite the club’s pursuit of other wide players on Deadline Day. PSV signed him from New England Revolution in January 2025 on a deal running until 2029.

Primarily a right winger, Bajraktarevic can operate on either flank or in a central attacking role. He has won 20 caps for Bosnia and Herzegovina after switching international allegiance from the United States, but has had limited first-team involvement at PSV this season.
PSV are believed to prefer a permanent sale, although a loan agreement could still be explored as Rangers assess their remaining options before the window closes.
