Thoughts are already turning to next season after Tottenham Hotspur brought their disappointing campaign to a close.
Spurs ended their season with a 4-1 victory at Leeds United but it was all in vain in terms of the Premier League table as they finished in eighth place, their worst final position in 14 years. That meant they missed out on European football next season for the first time since that campaign in 2009.
Now Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy must appoint a new head coach after a year in which he named three different ones to take the helm in Antonio Conte, Cristian Stellini and Ryan Mason. Levy must also select a new director of football to replace Fabio Paratici, who resigned last month amid the investigations into wrongdoing at Juventus.

Spurs must also face what comes next with star man Harry Kane who enters the final 12 months of his contract soon, while captain Hugo Lloris could be among those leaving the club this summer in what is expected to be a major transfer window of upheaval.
Tottenham will be splashing out £70m early on in making two loan deals permanent. Pedro Porro's deal has an obligation to buy him from Sporting next month while Spurs are intending to take up the option to sign Dejan Kulusevski permanently for £30m when his loan deal comes to an end from Juventus at the end of June.
