When was the last time you treated yourself to a new bra? I'm a trained bra fitter, and I believe that wearing the best bras in the right size is incredibly important, whatever your shape. In my experience, a well-fitting bra will not only feel comfortable but also significantly improve the way you look in your clothes. Fluctuating weight is an obvious reason to be re-fitted, but it's not the only factor. Maybe your favourite bra has simply worn out?
