West Ham United are due to play 15 matches between now and the start of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar in November.
The Hammers, who currently sit 18 th in the Premier League table after six games, moved top of Group B in the Europa Conference League on Thursday night after coming from behind to win 3-1 at the London Stadium against Romanian outfit FCSB.
It has been an up and down start to the season for David Moyes’ side and while they have only picked up four points from their opening six league games, performances on the pitch suggest they should have picked up more points and currently sit higher up the table at present.

With West Ham having to play in the Premier League, their remaining five Europa Conference League group stage matches and their third round Carabao Cup tie, they have a busy couple of months ahead before the season is paused for the World Cup, with 15 matches to play across all competitions.
However, that number could be reduced to 14 with doubts still circulating around next week’s Premier League fixtures due to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral. David Moyes’ side’s scheduled meeting with Newcastle United on Sunday was postponed on Friday along with the rest of this weekend’s league matches due to Her Majesty’s passing.
