Petrol prices have been rising with no sign of stopping so far this year. Despite the Chancellor's recent announcement that fuel duty would be cut, motorists previously complained they were yet to see the 5p per litre reduction passed down to the forecourts.
The war in Ukraine continues to increase costs. The AA says since the start of the year motorists have been hit by a 20p-a-litre surge in fuel prices.
