Orlando Brown has been arrested in Ohio on a domestic violence charge.
The Lima Police Department received a call about a fight which had broken out on Thursday and discovered the former Disney star when they arrived at the scene, it has been reported.
35-year-old Brown was then arrested for misdemeanour domestic violence after a conflict with someone he was living with.
He's thought to have been living in Lima, Ohio for just over a month.
Brown's online booking record, which was obtained by TMZ, shows the charge as "domestic violence - cause belief of imminent physical harm by threat of force."
This arrest is not the first time Brown has been accused of violence or battery.
Back in 2016, he was accused of hitting a woman in Torrance, California while the pair were in a police carpark. Passers-by witnessed the altercation and informed police of what had happened.
Brown failed to attend a scheduled court hearing and a warrant was then issued for his arrest.
The actor was eventually arrested and later charged with domestic battery, obstruction of justice, drug possession with intent to sell, and possession of contraband in jail after police were called to a residence in Barstow, California after complaints of a domestic disturbance.
He was taken into custody by police in March 2016.
Brown was again arrested in September 2018 after he tried to break into a friend's restaurant and change the locks.
He was sentenced to 23 days in prison after being convicted of drug and burglary charges.
He made headlines in that same year after featuring on an episode of Dr Phil, as his friends tried to stage an intervention.
Brown, who has struggled with addiction issues, appeared confused during the chat and seemed to have trouble remembering the names of his children.
He wore snake-eye contacts during the chat and opened up about his time behind bars.
Earlier this year, Brown reflected on his interview with Dr Phil and thanked the talk show host for "opening the door to show people that actually think they don’t need help to go get help."
He went on to tell Cam Capone in August that he has been “on the hideout” ever since the viral conversation.
