The leaders of Thailand and Cambodia have agreed to meet in Malaysia for ceasefire talks, a spokesperson of the Thai prime minister’s office said on Sunday.
This came following mediation efforts by US President Donald Trump to end the deadly border dispute. The fighting, now in its fourth day, has killed at least 34 people and displaced more than 168,000.
