Nearly fifty sites of an iconic restaurant chain are at risk after falling into administration, days before Christmas.
On December 19, Liberty Bar and Restaurant Group, TGI Fridays’ parent company, submitted paperwork to appoint administrators, which lets them continue trading while they look for a survival plan. It’s the second time this month that the business has made this move.
