A Texas apartment dispute reportedly escalated into an immigration-related call after a woman outside a residential complex complained about loud music from unit 110.
A 47-second TikTok video posted by user @ozzybanks05 shows a woman standing under a covered walkway while speaking on the phone. She says she is reporting the residents of unit 110 for allegedly playing loud music at 5:49pm.
