Texas county bans people from helping women leave to seek abortion care

ASSOCIATED PRESS

Lubbock County is the latest Texas jurisdiction making it illegal to aid in travel related to obtaining an abortion.

The 317,000-person county is the largest of four counties to adopt such a measure in the state, where abortion itself is also illegal.
