Tesla, the electric vehicle manufacturer, is currently embroiled in a legal battle as 6,000 of its US workers have filed a class action lawsuit alleging race discrimination. The workers claim that they have faced bias based on their race while working at Tesla.
The lawsuit, which is seeking class action status, accuses Tesla of fostering a discriminatory work environment where employees of color are treated unfairly compared to their white counterparts. The plaintiffs allege that they have been subjected to unequal pay, lack of promotional opportunities, and a hostile work environment.
