A Tesco shopper was left in shock after a stranger asked her daughter if she believed in Santa - and then went on to pay for their shopping.
Beth, three of her children and her husband Paul were doing their weekly shop at a Tesco store when she saw a woman approach her daughter. At the time Beth was at the checkout, getting ready to pay as her kids packed away their shopping into bags.
Beth, 49, said: "The kids were helping me put things into bags and a lady came over and spoke to one of my children. She said 'Do you believe in Father Christmas, or Santa?
