Tesco has shared good news for anyone with dietary requirements - the popular supermarket has expanded its popular Free From range this week to mark World Allergy Week, with over 200 products now lining the shelves.
The latest additions to the range focus on occasions that can prove difficult for allergen sufferers to find gluten and dairy alternatives, such as breakfast and dinner.

The launch of the new products coincides with Tesco data revealing that 26% of the nation pays attention to dietary requirements, rising to 37% for those aged 18 to 34.
The range now includes Tesco Free From Original Quick Cook Oats and Tesco Free From Golden Syrup Flavour Quick Cook Oats as porridge options.
Free from gluten, wheat and milk, the oats can be mixed with milk, water or dairy free alternatives to suit dietary requirements.
Midweek meals have also become easier with first-to-market sauces and mixes, such as Tesco Free From Katsu Curry Sauce and Tesco Free From Falafel Mix, to help allergen sufferers spice up their meals without having to cook from scratch.
For those with nut allergies, Asian-inspired dishes such as chicken satay, satay noodle soup or sweet potato curry can be created with their new Nut Free Satay Sauce.
The supermarket will also donate 10p from every Tesco Free From product purchased during World Allergy Week to the Natasha Allergy Research Foundation.
The new Free From products are available in-store and online now.
