Tesco hit with more than 500 complaints after shoppers can't buy food

Tesco has received more than 500 complaints from angry customers who were left fuming after they found they could not purchase any food online.

The supermarket giant was flooded with the angry complaints following a technical glitch that left shoppers unable to process their online orders, reports The Manchester Evening News.

Tesco has since issued an apology to their customers after it was found that around 60% of customers had issues with their online shopping, while a further 23% had issues with their online baskets. Other shoppers said they had issues trying to book a delivery slot.
