Tesco are reminding customers to make an important switch as they prepare to scrap the Clubcard app.
The Clubcard app enables Tesco customers to keep count of their rewards points and also can be scanned during till transactions. However, the retailer has confirmed that the app will be pulled on April 18.
Luckily, customers can switch to the regular app, known as Tesco Grocery and Clubcard App. People will still have the same access to their rewards points, just on a different application.

The new app is available for download on Google Play. However, a separate change will also come into effect for the Clubcard system from June onwards.
The Tesco Clubcard vouchers will decrease in value from June 13. The Clubcard vouchers will be worth double their original value when turned into rewards codes, rather than triple.
If people redeem their Clubcard points before the June deadline, they can still avail of the triple value. Tesco say they are making this change in order to keep prices low in store.
