Families will be able to get a free meal for their children at Tesco cafes during the May half-term break next week.
Tesco has announced it is bringing back the Kids Eat Free scheme to its 311 cafés across the UK between Monday, May 29, and Friday, June 2. The deal will be available to customers with a Tesco Clubcard. Anyone who doesn't have a Clubcard can sign up for free here.
As part of the initiative, the supermarket’s cafes will be offering one free Kids Hot Meal Deal, Kids Breakfast or Kids Pick ‘n’ Mix deal with each item bought by an adult from as little as 60p when showing their Tesco Clubcard at the till.

Popular menu items include beans or avocado on toast, fish fingers, baked chicken goujons or a sandwich. Hot main meals include a vegetable side dish, and the sandwich pick n mix includes a piece of fresh fruit.
Jason Tarry, Tesco UK CEO, said: “We know that household budgets can be stretched over the school holidays, so we are pleased to once again be offering free meals to children when they’re off school as another way to support families during this half-term.”
Kids Eat Free is just one of the ways Tesco is helping families spend less. The supermarket also recently announced another price lock on over a thousand Low Everyday Prices products, until July 2023.
And through Clubcard Prices, more than 20 million customers have access to thousands of exclusive deals on everything from everyday staples like fruit and veg to treats like prosecco or ice cream.
