No doubt many people will be stocking up on food and drink well ahead of this weekend's extended four-day Platinum Jubilee Bank Holiday. But, if you need something over the weekend itself, you might find that opening times are different to usual, reports the Mirror.

The times below will apply on the bank holidays on Thursday and Friday. Saturday and Sunday hours are set to be as normal.
