Jaw-dropping footage has captured the moment sparks flew as a Ryanair plane made a terror-inducing landing.
The flight from Liverpool was captured on camera as it touched down in Dublin Airport on Sunday, suffering a problem with its nose wheel.
Its wheel emitted sparks as the aircraft hit the tarmac, resulting in one terrified passenger needing to be treated for shock.
Thankfully, no one on board was physically injured and all passengers were able to get off as normal.
Arrivals in to Dublin however were suspended whilst emergency services were called to the runway, while the runway ended up being closed overnight.
A spokesperson for the operator of Dublin Airport said on Sunday: "A Full Emergency was declared [at] Dublin Airport this afternoon following the arrival of Ryanair flight FR5542 from LPL_Airport.
"Passengers disembarked the aircraft normally.
"Air Traffic flows into Dublin Airport were restricted during the incident."
A statement from the National Ambulance Service said on Sunday: "This is now an aircraft recovery incident.
"There are no reports of any injuries although 1 person was treated for shock.
"National Ambulance Service personnel met passengers on arrival.
"The South Runway remains closed and the North Runway is in use this evening due to the emergency."
A Ryanair spokesperson said: "This flight from Liverpool to Dublin experienced a minor technical issue with its nose landing gear upon landing.
"Passengers and crew disembarked normally and the aircraft will shortly be towed back to the hangar for further inspection by Ryanair engineers."
