This is the shocking moment a glass window falls 12 storeys and smashes to the ground with fears someone narrowly avoided being hurt or killed.
The frightening footage was posted by Labour councillor Stuart Neaverson, which is believed to have occurred Monday, June 27, showing a glass pane plummet to the ground from a south London building in Colliers Wood.
The glass window was reportedly damaged days earlier after being hit by a bird - and had not been fixed - but thankfully no one was reported injured.
