A British journalist was shot and wounded by Russian forces in a violent ambush in Ukraine.
Sky News' chief correspondent, Stuart Ramsay, was with four colleagues returning to Kyiv when they were fired upon by Russian troops. They said they were lucky to escape with their lives.
Ramsay was shot in the lower back, fortunately on his body armour, while his camera operator, Richie Mockler, meanwhile, was also hit with two rounds to his body armour. They were later rescued by Ukrainian police.
