Terrifier director Damien Leone has said David Howard Thornton was "very important" in creating Art the Clown.
The 45-year-old actor has starred as the killer clown in Leone's Terrifier franchise since 2016, and the director has reflected on the critical role Thornton played in bringing Art to life.
