A terminally-ill man has said he is "devastated" after moving into a council house with a garden he claims is "unusable".
Keith Watson said essential improvements to the garden, which is on a steep downwards slope, would cost him £6,000 (€7,000) - and housing provider Trent & Dove will not help him pay.
The 65-year-old lives on his own in a bungalow on the Forest Heights development in Burton and says his mental health has suffered as a result of his garden.
