TenZ’s pro VALORANT comeback with Sentinels could be a possibility after scrim sighting

TenZ might be on his way back to professional VALORANT with Sentinels, and the timing could not be more dramatic for fans.

The hype kicked off with a post on X, showing that TenZ was back playing scrims with Sentinels ahead of the new VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) season.

The post went viral quickly, racking up hundreds of thousands of views and thousands of likes as fans rushed to piece together what it meant for SEN’s roster.

A Twitch clip from one of Subroza’s recent VALORANT streams added more fuel to the fire, capturing his live reaction to TenZ’s return to the server with his former team. Subroza is one of the most trusted voices in the VALORANT space, and his excitement for this further strengthens the idea of a comeback.

Even Sentinels’ CEO, Rob Moore, has publicly said that he is ready to take TenZ back to the team if the pro player ever decides to come out of retirement.

All of this is happening just weeks after TenZ and Kyedae publicly confirmed their breakup. In early February, Kyedae posted on X that the pair had broken up after about six years together, explaining that they had “grown apart” and were no longer growing as individuals in the same way.

She stressed that there was no drama, no cheating, and no major incident behind the decision, and asked fans to respect their privacy. TenZ later stepped in on social media to defend Kyedae from backlash and rumors. He also clarified that his past retirement from pro play was his own choice and not influenced by her.

For the supporters who had followed their relationship and engagement for years, the news was heartbreaking, but it was also a reset point for both of them.

What this could mean for Sentinels and VCT

Sentinels have been searching for stability after an up‑and‑down run in recent seasons, and bringing back one of the most recognizable names in VALORANT would be a massive statement.

TenZ’s mechanical skills are highly respected, and he could slot back into an aggressive role if the team decides to fully commit to him again. For now, nothing is officially confirmed, and scrims do not always translate into signed contracts. In the meantime, all eyes will be on Sentinels’ socials in the coming days.

However, if TenZ really decides to make a comeback, the entire VCT scene is expected to see a surge in viewers, fans coming back, and growth.
