A tennis fan accused by Nick Kyrgios of having '700 drinks' at the Wimbledon final has hit back at the claim. Aussie Kyrgios was left furious after he claims that he was distracted by the lady Ania Palus, aged 32 and a Polish lawyer, as he took on Novak Djokovic on the Centre Court.
He shouted to the umpire during the third set of the match: "Why is she still here? She's drunk out of her mind and speaking to me in the middle of a game." When asked by the official which individual he was referring to Kyrgios, 26, added: "The one who looks like she's had about 700 drinks."
However, Ania has hit back at the claim, insisting that she had only consumed a glass of rosé wine and a Pimms, The Mirror reports.
