Tennessee got their 2022 season off on the right foot with a blowout win over Ball State, led by an impressive performance from their playmaking quarterback.
Hendon Hooker found the end zone four times in Thursday night’s 59-10 victory, twice through the air, and twice on the ground.
Hooker finished the night with 222 passing yards and no interceptions, giving way to his backups once the game got out of hand.
One of the more versatile quarterback prospects in the 2023 NFL draft class, Hooker has a chance to rise up the draft board if he keeps putting up numbers like these against stiffer competition later in the year.
