An NHS trust has removed 10 employees from active duty or suspended them while it investigates concerns that three-year-old Noah Woods' medical records were accessed without authorisation following his death in Suffolk.
East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust apologised to Noah's family after concerns were raised that his records had been viewed inappropriately. The trust said disciplinary action was being considered, while stressing that investigations into the circumstances of the access were still under way.
