Two popular Dublin city centre attractions have been put in a list of the top 10 tourist traps in the entire world.
Dublin has a reputation for being an expensive spot for tourists to visit, with a recent report by the Irish Mirror showing that a single hotel room on St Patrick’s Day was reaching into the thousands. And that’s before you put a couple €9.50 pints on top of that - you are in for a costly evening in the capital.
Experts at the vacation rentals and Property management site Casago put together a ranking of the top 10 biggest tourist traps in the world, a tourist trap being a place that attracts many tourists and that charges high prices, ranking them based on the number of TripAdvisor reviews that mention the term.
