
Temperatures across Thailand's North, Northeast, Central Plains and East will first rise and then fall this week, the Meteorological Department said on Sunday.
Temperatures from Sunday to Tuesday would increase by 2–4°C in the Northeast and by 1–3°C in the North, Central Plains including Greater Bangkok, and the East.
Warmer conditions and morning fog are expected in upper Thailand. Morning cool to cold weather is still expected in the North and Northeast.
From Wednesday to Saturday, temperatures will drop by 4–7°C in the Northeast, 3–5°C in the North, Central Plains and East, and 2–4°C in the upper South.
In the lower South, heavy to very heavy rain is likely from Sunday to Tuesday.
