A good family holiday can create lifelong memories – as well as being a chance to reconnect with the people you love. For some of us, a trip to the coast for some seaside fun is perfect; with teenagers an adventurous, active trip may be preferable; and for grownup families a cottage in the country or somewhere warm and lovely will be ideal. So please tell us about your favourite family break and what made it so special, whether it was island-hopping in the Med, a day trip to Rhyl or hiking in the Alps.
If you have a relevant photo, do send it in – but it’s your words that will be judged for the competition.
