HYDERABAD: Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) is hoping to bring on board election strategist Prashant Kishor ahead of the assembly elections in December 2023 and Lok Sabha elections in April 2024.
With the BJP nipping at its heels, TRS is hoping to win a third term in the assembly after first coming to power in 2014 and getting a second term in 2018.
Sources in TRS confirmed that both party president, chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and TRS working president KT Rama Rao, met Kishor a few weeks ago. A detailed agreement with Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC), the organisation Kishor founded, is being worked out.
