HYDERABAD: A man was roughed up outside a cinema after he shouted ‘Pakistan zindabad’ before the screening of ‘Kashmir Files’ at Nataraj theatre in Adilabad on Friday afternoon. The unidentified man is yet to be traced, cops said.
Police said the man was apparently drunk and had shouted ‘Pakistan zindabad’ as people were making their way into the theatre from the ticket counter.
“Two other men who came to watch the movie beat him up and the man fled from the cinema. We have not received any complaint, but our team has sought CCTV footage from the cinema to identify the person,” Adilabad SP Uday Kumar Reddy said.
