HYDERABAD: Telangana recorded 49 new Covid-19 cases on Friday even as there were no deaths.
Of the new cases, 25 were recorded in Hyderabad, followed by 16 from Ranga Reddy, 2 each from Karimnagar, Malkajgiri and Hanumakonda and one each of Nalgonda and Sangareddy.
The total count of cases recorded so far in the state stand at 7,93,468. The death toll is still 4,111 with no deaths recorded for over three months now.
A total of 50 patients were declared recovered, taking the total tally of recoveries so far to 7,88,837. There are 520 patients under treatment. The recovery rate stands at 99.42% .
