Teeth first: meet the Belgravia dentist duo offering the capital’s most luxurious mouth cleanse

An aesthetic dentist and dental surgeon respectively, husband-and wife team Dr Brandon and Dr Mahsa Nejati are slowly but surely making their mark on the capital’s gnashers from their petite but perfectly formed Belgravia clinic. With 40 collective years in holistic dentistry prioritising prevention over cure, they consider what’s happening in your mouth in the context of the body’s wider wellbeing. ‘Research indicates links between harmful bacteria in the mouth and Alzheimer’s disease, as well as a range of other conditions that we never imagined were linked to oral health,’ explains Brandon.

The duo are known as much for their meticulous approach as their masterful micro-layering technique, whereby slivers of porcelain composite are painted on to teeth to sculpt, rebalance and brighten imperfect smiles. Their Mahsa product range, ahead of its time, tends to the mouth’s microbiome with products such as Rosemary & Thyme Probiotic Breath Drops

Their latest draw? A body cleansing treatment in collaboration with lauded cosmetic acupuncturist and healer Sarah Bradden, it is an unexpected but delightful fusion of modern and traditional healing to reduce inflammation starting at its gateway: the mouth. Teeth are scanned before an EMS Airflow machine uses a combination of warm water, fine powder and air to remove the biofilm (or bacteria) gently. An antiseptic treatment follows before LED therapies, and peroxide to whoosh away stains.

After, pad across the hall to Bradden to experience her signature bespoke blend of cosmetic acupuncture, acupressure massage, biophotonic bioresonance therapy, PEMF and infrared to ease any facial tension and dispel lingering toxins. Consider this the ultimate cleanse. Had we the means to attend weekly, we willingly would.

£550 for 90 minutes. Nejati Clinic, 25A Lowndes Street, SW1
