A teenager's brain injury should be considered when he is sentenced over a deadly car crash and a violent assault that left a man permanently disabled, a court has been told.
The teen faced the Victorian County Court on Wednesday after pleading guilty to culpable driving causing death, driving unlicensed, theft and possessing a controlled weapon.
