Teenager faces court over alleged murder of Pasawm Lyhym in Melbourne

A 17-year-old boy has faced a children's court charged with murder, two weeks after the stabbing death of a 16-year-old in Melbourne's north-west.

The boy, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, handed himself in to police last night.
