A teenager was isolated and physically restrained against health policy guidelines during an admission to Adelaide's Women's and Children's Hospital, an investigation has found.
South Australia's Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner Grant Davies inquired into the boy's case after complaints about his treatment in 2021.
