A woman was hospitalised after being attacked by a stranger on her first ever night out.
Emily Browne, from Cardiff, had been celebrating her 18th birthday in a Bristol Wetherspoons when she was suddenly hit in the back of the head by a glass object.
The A-level student then spent the rest of her night in A&E alone, with the attack leaving her requiring two staples.
