A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a 19-year-old was stabbed in Brixton.
Police and paramedics were called to Loughborough Road shortly before 7pm on Saturday, to reports of a stabbing.
They found a 19-year-old man who was seriously injured.
He was treated at the scene by police and paramedics before being taken to hospital, where his condition has been assessed as life-threatening.
"A man was arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in relation to a bicycle being taken from the scene," said a Scotland Yard spokesperson on Sunday.
"He has been further arrested on suspicion of attempted murder."
