An appeal is being made for motorists with dashcams to come forward following a serious collision in Humberstone Road, Leicester this morning (Monday 23 May).
Detective Constable Emma Neeves, from Leicestershire Police said: “While our investigation is very much in its early stages, I would ask that any motorists with dashcams, who were in the area this morning, get in touch. This collision happened on a busy route in and out of the city, as people will have been going to school and work.
"I would therefore also ask anyone who saw what happened – or anyone who saw the black Fiat prior to the collision occurring – to come forward. Any information you have could assist us.”
