Gardai are appealing for witnesses after a 16-year-old girl was hit by a car in south Dublin last night.
The crash happened on the Stillorgan Road headed southbound near Foster Avenue shortly before 10pm.
Gardai and emergency services rushed to the scene, and the teenage pedestrian was taken by ambulance to St Vincent's Hospital.

Her injuries are "serious but not life threatening" and the driver of the car was not injured.
Officers are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
A garda spokesman said: "They are particularly appealing to those with camera footage of the collision to make it available to them.
"Anyone with information is asked to contact Blackrock Garda Station 01 6665200 or the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111."
