A west Dublin neighbourhood is on high alert after a gang of teenagers wreaked havoc on Sunday night.
Gardai were alerted to multiple incidents in Palmerstown from 9pm to 10pm.
The hour of chaos saw stones being thrown at cars and houses in the area ending in a car's windscreen being smashed.
A garda spokesman confirmed investigations into the incidents are ongoing.
He said: "Gardai received reports of stones being thrown at vehicles at approximately 9pm on Sunday, 23rd January, 2022, in the Palmerstown area of Dublin 20.
"No persons were present when Gardaí arrived and no damaged property was observed.
"Gardai are investigating a criminal damage incident that occurred at approximately 9:30pm on Sunday, 23rd January, 2022, in the Palmerstown area of Dublin 20.
"A car’s windscreen was damaged. No arrests have been made at this time."
