Teenage camper films huge 'panther' feeding on 'dead sheep' in Peak District

A teenage camper has filmed a big cat apparently feeding on a dead sheep in the Peak District, sparking fears a panther is prowling the British countryside.

Josh Williams, 17, was with his friend Ben Burns after a night of wild camping when they spotted the animal near Jacob's Ladder on Monday.

The teen - who captured the moment on his phone - said they were walking from Mermaid's Pool on Kinder Scout towards Edale when they spotted what they first thought was a wild cat in a nearby field.
