A 'fit and healthy' teenager died after going to A&E with what he believed were symptoms of a sinus infection.
Harvey Edwards, 19, moved from Bristol to Liverpool to study at university last year. However on June 6, after feeling unwell, the teenager, who was described as a "fit and healthy person", presented himself to A&E.
It is understood he was taking antibiotics for a sinus infection, but when his symptoms continue to worsen he went back to hospital on June 13.
